Shinjinbukan Europe is a Shibu or group of Shinjinbukan branches and affiliates dedicated to pursue the training of Onaga no Ti (Onaga's Ti)

Ti (手) is the ancient Okinawan martial art, which preceded modern Karate. The evolution of Ti still continues today.

Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō, the founder of the Shinjinbukan school in Okinawa, is a Tichikayā: a person who holds the knowledge of Ti.

Our Shibu - Shinjinbukan Europe is a group of Shinjinbukan branches and affiliates dedicated to pursue the training of Onaga no Ti (Onaga's Ti)

Our Mission is to maintain the same high quality standards given to us by Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō at the Shinjinbukan Honbu Dōjō in Okinawa.

The Shinjinbukan European Association / Shinjinbukan Europe brings together only Shinjinbukan branches recognized by Onaga Kaichō. Our annual registration report to the Shinjinbukan Honbu Dōjō in Okinawa includes all active Shinjinbukan instructors, students and Shinjinbukai Affilliates in Latvia, France, Germany and Ukraine.

On October 15, 2015, Onaga Yoshimitsu Kaichō authorized Jimmy Mora Renshi to establish Shinjibukan Europe as a new Shibu and to give full administrative rights to his senior deshi and the Riji (Board of Directors), in order to oversee the growing activities of the Shinjinbukan organization in the European region.

- Shibu Chō (Shibu Director): Artis Pabriks Sensei (Latvia)

- Second Senior Instructor: Jean-marie Perrier Sensei (France)

- Shinjinbukan Europe Riji (Board of Directors): Dōjō Chō (Branch Directors) / instructors in Latvia, France, Germany and Ukraine.

The Shinjinbukan European Association / Shinjinbukan Europe is registered as an NGO (non-governmental organization) in the European Union.
